My Favourite Healing Tools and Products
Below I've posted the links to some of my favourite tools and products that have complemented my healing journey in some way. I believe it's so important to support our body when we are on a healing journey (and always!), whether that be with tools, healthier foods or supplements, or by using low-tox, natural products that are less of a burden on the body. When we first start to switch to natural products that are better for our health, it can be overwhelming trying to find the best ones or the most trusted brands. I definitely struggled with that myself! So I'm sharing the products and companies that I recommend and everything below has helped me in some way. I've also shared some of the free tools that helped me on my healing journey and I can't recommend these enough!

Essential Oil Diffuser

You don't need to buy an expensive diffuser, any will do. But I received this as a Christmas gift and it is honestly the best gift I've ever received! Great for relaxation and also an amazing natural alternative to air fresheners which contain chemicals that can be harmful to our health.

Yoga - I really recommend Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra for relaxation and there are so many free classes on YouTube. I aslo love Hilary Jackendoff - she is a wonderful teach on Insight Timer.

Accupressure mat
​
I use my prana mat every day for deep relaxation and quietening my thoughts. It's the only thing that truly helps me to switch off. However, there are many other brands which are more affordable and still great quality. My mum has this one and loves it!

Reiki
​
If you have been looking around this website you will know by now how much I love Reiki! It is great for relaxation and putting your body into a healing state. If you are looking to treat yourself in-person, I really recommend looking for a practitioner in your local area. Badger Sleep Balm

Really helps with relaxation and sleep

Sensate
​
Vagus nerve stimulator for stress relief and relaxation. This is a pricier option and it isn't needed to regulate your nervous system or tone your vagus nerve. That being said, I recevied one as a gift from family and honestly I love it, it's so relaxing, so I wanted to share.
